Hainan Apex provides a range of import and export services designed to facilitate
international trade. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Freight Forwarding: Arranging the transportation of Goods by sea, air, or land.
- Customs Clearance: Preparing and submitting necessary documentation and
facilitating customs procedures for import and export. - Logistics Consultation: Providing expert advice on international trade regulations,
supply chain optimization, and market entry strategies. - Warehousing and Distribution: Offering storage solutions and managing the
distribution of Goods. - Trade Documentation: Assisting with the preparation of commercial invoices, packing
lists, certificates of origin, and other required trade documents. - Cargo Insurance: Facilitating cargo insurance arrangements upon request.

User Obligations

Payment Obligations: Make timely payments for all Services rendered by Hainan Apex as per the agreed-upon terms and invoices.
Cooperation: Cooperate fully with Hainan Apex, our partners, and relevant authorities in all matters related to your Shipments and our Services.
Payment Terms
Pricing: Our pricing for Services will be provided in a separate quotation or service agreement. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect Services for which a quotation has already been accepted or a contract is in effect.
